Quality assurance
Our quality assurance is an integral part of our serial painting process.
With our in-house testing laboratory, we ensure compliance with the highest quality standards from start to finish.
We use state-of-the-art technologies such as the MacBeth light booth to assess color accuracy and surface quality, as well as colorimetric measurements according to VDA 280 (Wavescan).
In addition, we perform the constant climate condensation water test in accordance with ISO 6270 to evaluate the resistance of our coatings to environmental influences.
The cross-cut test according to ISO 2409 enables precise evaluation of coating adhesion, while the sun and hand cream test assesses resistance to UV exposure and chemical substances.
The hot water test according to ISO 2812 simulates extreme temperature and humidity conditions to verify the durability of our coatings.
Finally, microscopic analysis using microtomy is conducted to examine surface structure and coating quality in detail.
